How To Submit Your Work
The 1078 gallery is accepting proposals for the 2009 exhibit season. The 1078 gallery, located in Chico in Northern California, is a non-profit exhibition space showcasing innovative, experimental and thought-provoking art works by both established and emerging artists. We areespecially interested in work in painting and photography that pushes boundaries. We will consider proposals for work in all media.
Proposal Process:
— Provide a written description, biographical information, and visual support (digital formats presferred, slides and photographs accepted).

— Review of submissions by the Gallery's exhibition committtee takes approximately six to eight weeks, at which time you will be contacted as to whether there is further interest by the Gallery. Materials from un-selected artists will be returned. The Gallery will keep materials of selected artists as documentation for exhibitions.
— Selected artists will be responsible for shipping work to and from the 1078 Gallery.
